Patients with kidney impairment should not use Voltaren as it can cause serious kidney problems. Patients with heart problems or risk factors for blood vessels is at a higher risk of developing this side effect. Patients taking NSAIDs, including Voltaren should be advised not to drive or use machines as they may experience heart problems or risk factors for blood disorders, including kidney problems.
